Apollo Bay has had a median price increase of 42.5% over the past 5 years, from $460,000 in 2015 to $584,500 in 2019.

Combine this with excellent tourism forecast with consistent growth along the Great Ocean Road and in particular, Apollo Bay, with holiday rental occupancy’s at an all-time high and further development of the town, including the harbour precinct. The harbour is a major regional facility providing one of only three safe harbour’s on the Western Victorian Coast. The project aims to build on the town’s tourism potential and encourage increased visitation and length of stay.
