Close to the sea, in a cul-de-sac on one of the most beautiful streets in the area, Shearwater is a home with so much to offer. The view from the deck is straight to the blue of the Southern Ocean with white waves crashing on rocks beneath. The Great Ocean Walk is between this house and the sea and leads to deserted beaches with pristine landscapes all the way to the Twelve Apostles.

A long verandah provides welcome shade in summer and in winter the cosiness of the house has almost European proportions with a large open fireplace and excellent insulation. Shearwater has four good sized bedrooms, the main with ensuite and there's also a laundry at the back door. The kitchen, dining and lounge are semi-open plan. Outside is a garden oasis of shady trees and beautiful flowering shrubs.

Homes with double brick walls are ideal on this coastline being cool in summer, warm in winter, peaceful and quiet. Just open the windows to hear the ocean, steps away!
