Sharlene prides herself on consistently delivering positive outcomes through impeccable attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Coming from a media background she has always had a strong belief in marketing and presentation and that taking the time to execute these professionally will equate to better results. These skills and values very much transfer into real estate and therefore it was a natural career progression into residential property.

With an eye for detail, interior styling has very much been a passion, Sharlene also has experience working in the retail homewares and soft furnishings industry, where she can advise clients on colour palette, furniture placement and offer direction with the little touches that will give a competitive edge to a home.

Having been in the property sector for 7 years, the variety of roles have included everything from marketing through to overseeing every department within the team to ensure they are performing at their peak. Her sales experience has included house and land, so working with floor plans, finishes and fixtures. Established homes, new estates and lifestyle assets along the coastline from Torquay through to Anglesea, means she can offer a range of assistance based on client’s requirements. Her natural ability for problem solving is perfectly presented through her calm, friendly & efficient demeanour.

Sharlene and her family have resided in Torquay for the last 7 years after seeking a lifestyle change from the Melbourne market. Along with thoroughly embracing the wonderful community she lives in, Sharlene is able to offer qualified and genuine guidance to anyone wishing to purchase or sell along the coast.
