The weather’s about to turn, but we’ve been blessed with sun and surf these past few weeks. The water is still a balmy 17°C, make the most of it while it lasts.

Last weekend I attended the ANZAC Day service at Moggs. It was a moving tribute, and spending the morning there followed by a surf and some open homes made for a meaningful Saturday.

There’s still great buying around for those brave enough to dip their toes in, this quieter time of year is ideal for viewing properties and getting a true feel for the town without the crowds.
