THE CURRENT CYCLE
The coastal real estate market across all townships on the Surf Coast and undoubtedly nationwide has been operating in a very consistent pattern in these Covid times. A “lull period” followed by an over compensation period to satisfy pent up demand.
The period of inactivity (such as this week) is clearly due to the lockdown and people abiding to the governements ‘stay at home’ rules. Let’s see what happens this Wednesday when hopefully we are free to hit the coast again.
Listings are incredibly tight, but we are starting to appraise property and have listed two properties that will come onto the open market in the next fortnight.
