LORNE – HERE AND THERE

Plenty of rain, thunderstorms and a howling easterly for most this week, surfers were pretty happy with Lorne point being inundated with young and old competing for waves.

An amazing result this week with the Pacific Apartment Penthouse being sold for a new record price in this complex!

Stock continues to be an issue with listings being as rare as RAT tests! At this point in time, I think I’d have a better chance of securing a box of rapid tests than a piece of real estate to sell… Be patient the listings will come.

Don passed away peacefully in the town he lived in all his life, Lorne.   Don founded Lorne Real Estate in 1976 which has expanded and lives on today as Great Ocean Road Real Estate. The company he founded has employed dozens and dozens of locals in the forty-five plus years and all of us at Great Ocean Road Real Estate, and indeed the entire town of Lorne are indebted for all he has done for us. A gentleman to the end and a life lived to the fullest.
