A fantastic new listing in the Lorne Chalet was launched this week. Some interesting facts about the complex that you maybe weren’t aware of, Great Ocean Road Real Estate were the first ever third-party sales agents to ever be appointed by Mirvac to assist in selling the 42 apartments. We were involved in all aspects from early design concepts, off the plan sales, all the way to hand over and settlement. In all it was a 5 year process for the Lorne marketplace to absorb the 42 apartments. I remember driving around some Mirvac executives in my Holden Barina showing them different apartments like the Kalimna and Pacific apartments like it was yesterday…. To say that our knowledge of the complex is intimate is an understatement.

The financial year has kicked off strongly with a number of negotiations, conditional and unconditional sales this week. Of which we can report, 2/13 Lorne Ave was sold unconditionally this week and we look forward to reporting the other two negotiations next week once their conditions have been met.
