A large crowd gathered at our auction on Saturday at 11 Howard Street, Lorne. The showers stopped momentarily when we put the property up for auction and 3 bidders competed for the “time capsule” of a home with the property being sold under the hammer. With the negative sentiment in the media regarding property prices this auction was a barometer to see how our market would perform over the coming months and we were pleased with the result and the fact that there were multiple bidders to compete for the property.

This week I celebrated my 20-year anniversary working for Great Ocean Road Real Estate, Lorne. I came into the industry fresh faced with a head full of hair and 20 years on I still learn something new every day!

I’ve established fantastic relationships with many clients who’ve become friends and have fantastic referral basis clientele. Here’s to 20 more!
