Plenty happening in and around Lorne this weekend!

The mighty Lorne Dolphins have secured themselves two spots in the CDFNL grand final tomorrow with under 18’s up against Irrewarra Beeac and Reserves taking on Simpson. Good luck to all involved, let’s hope we can bring home 2 premiership cups!

Last Saturday saw a fabulous community event, The CFA Brigade dinner. The Lorne CFA was formed in 1936 with the current brigade made up of 43 members (29 operational firefighters) who attend to approximately 78 incidents annually.  When you consider the depth of commitment, training, and service it takes to be a CFA member, we are very lucky to have such a brigade and important volunteer group in our great town!
