And just like that summer has been and gone. As we begin a new season with the first day of autumn, we reflect on the last two months of real estate transactions. January was disappointing with only three transactions out of our Lorne office. February was much better with seven transactions, six in Lorne and one in Wye River. Momentum seems to be building with a number of negotiations currently taking place and market positivity increasing.
