How are we already over a quarter of the way through 2025? Time’s flying, but this Easter long weekend in Lorne feels like the perfect moment to slow down, soak up some of the last of the sunshine, and enjoy everything our coastal gem if famous for.
The town’s buzzing and the skies are blue, surf’s up, and the energy around town is infectious. There’s been a steady flow of visitors rolling in for the break, and we’ve felt that same momentum in the property market. This week saw a great result along Hall Street, with a strong sale that reflects continuing interest in well priced beach front property. Two Cumberland apartments also changed hands, and over in Deans Marsh, we’re deep in negotiation on a few exciting properties that are drawing plenty of attention.
If you’re down for the weekend and thinking about making Lorne more than just a holiday spot, now’s a great time to explore. We’ve got some well-priced properties on our books at the moment. Whether you want to drop into one of our open for inspections on Saturday or tee up a private inspection, we’d love to help you find your perfect place in Lorne.
There’s a real buzz around town this weekend. The Lorne Dolphins are hosting their first home game of the season on Good Friday, taking on coastal rivals, Apollo Bay in what’s always a spirited clash. Saturday brings the Easter market to the foreshore, where you can stroll between stalls, pick up something handmade, local and last minute Easter treats. And for some more footy, there’s a great GFL match-up at Stribling Reserve, with Leopold facing off against St Joseph’s.
