As we roll into spring, there’s a real sense of energy in the air — and it’s not just the warmer weather or the scent of fresh-cut grass! Our local coastal and rural markets are beginning to hum, with a mix of new listings, serious buyers, and contracts being signed across the board.

There’s been a steady stream of well-priced homes hitting the market, especially in our much-loved rural neighbour, Deans Marsh. Whether it’s a peaceful retreat in the heart of Deans Marsh, a Church conversion, or a substantial acreage  — there’s something for everyone right now.

Meanwhile, our community has plenty to cheer about this weekend. The Surfcoast Century is back, bringing energy and inspiration to Anglesea’s shores, with runners taking on the epic 100km course, either solo or as a team.

And in even more exciting local news, the Lorne Dolphins are charging into week three of finals! With five teams still in the running across football and netball, there’s no shortage of action, team spirit, and community pride.
