When I first dealt with Great Ocean Rd Real Estate it was through their Holiday Property rental market.
Jeanette Biddle provided great service in this area and made the whole process very easy to manage. One thing you want, when going on holidays is to have the accommodation sorted out, and for it to be top class and that ensured we as a family really enjoyed our stay.
So much so that we fell in love with Apollo Bay. The whole process of booking a holiday destination was made incredibly simple, and left us feeling at ease about our choice we made. At all times Jeanette assisted us despite my many queries and remained very patient.
After our stay we made the decision to look at buying for the purposes of a future holiday home and were introduced to Darren Brimacombe in the first instance, and then Bec Allen who spent a Sunday with us to look at various properties. We found Bec to be a wonderful guide as we went to visit several properties on the day. We were made to feel at home and allowed to look over properties and Bec was able to match our criteria.
We made a decision to buy a property and Bec was extremely professional in her attempts to get the right price, we managed to seal the offer within a few days and moved very quickly to satisfy all our needs for the contract and settlement dates agreed to.
Bec never missed a beat with this process and we are grateful for her assistance along the way.
Finally we decided to maintain the rental of this property purchase and was introduced to Sally Cannon the Property Manager. Sally put the icing on the cake towards it being finalised, and at all times was terrific to deal with and showed great commitment to answering all our queries.
We made one final visit to go through the property and Sally was so patient and answered all our questions, and made this final part of the purchase a smooth one.
We have made our purchase now, and are very contented with it all and are very happy to have utilised so much of Great Ocean Road Real Estate services along the way.
