As we look ahead to the Labour Day long weekend, the weather is shaping up to be awesome! The Aireys Market is back, so be sure to stop by for some delicious homemade giant spring rolls and donuts, yummo!
Labour Day is a time to celebrate the achievements of the Labour movement, particularly the fight for the eight hour workday. It’s also a great weekend to explore the property market, and we have open houses all weekend, so make sure to stop by and see what we have to offer.
Looking beyond the long weekend, we’re gearing up for an exciting event in Aireys Inlet, the Aireys Inlet Music Festival! The Surf Coast is a hotbed of musical talent, and this year’s lineup is set to impress. The Vasco Era is returning with their signature high energy coastal mayhem, while regional acts like Insufficient Funds, The Repores, and The Reef Rats will keep the momentum going. Melbourne’s top roots reggae band, King Canoe, will bring their dreamlike sounds, BABBA will spark nostalgia, and Tendrils, featuring Joel Silbersher and Charlie Owen, will be a major highlight.
The festival will take place across five venues in town, including the Aireys Pub, The Lighthouse Café, and Sunnymead Motel. Just 90 minutes from Melbourne, Aireys Inlet offers some of Australia’s most breathtaking beaches and bushland while also boasting an impressive selection of dining options.
