APOLLO BAY- MARKET ROUND-UP

What a wonderful time of the year!

Autumn days, strong visitor numbers and buyer enquiry are on the up! Combine this with exceptional market value now appearing with the number of properties slowly increasing. So, for buyers there is more choice and less urgency, however with Vendors starting to meet the market, we are witnessing in my view, real market value.

With the 2025 prospect of further rate movement as well as certainty of a federal election, both of which, I am sure will have an influence on coastal real estate markets. However, the major influence for the coast, and particularly Apollo Bay, is supply and demand, which I believe will stay at relatively unchanged levels for the first half of the year.

Long term though, there is no doubt the future holds nothing by blue sky for property, wherever you travel in the world there’s no place like it- that’s what the well-travelled keep on reminding us, yes, there’s only one Great Ocean Road!
