With spring just around the corner, we’ve had some beautiful days recently, with the sunshine giving us a little reminder of what’s to come, just at the right time.
As you drive along the Great Ocean Road, you can already see the first freesias popping up along the roadside. It’s one of those little signs that spring is on its way.
On Sunday, the river naturally met the sea, creating the perfect little playground for the kids. They spent hours riding the rapids down and then catching the waves back into the river. The best part? It was August, and they had the whole beach to themselves.
Speaking of the Painkalac, there’s a fair bit of action happening around the old ONDA site. A new café called Strange Things is popping up, which is so great to see. The Aireys Inlet food scene continues to grow, and it’s exciting to see new businesses bringing fresh energy to town.
