The rollout of major road upgrades in Apollo Bay as part of a $7 million investment in sealed roads across our coastal townships in 2025-26 is continuing to progress well with the works being delivered in four stages:
- Pengilley Avenue between Gallipoli Parade and Costin Street – Completed
- Ramsden Avenue between Pengilley Avenue and McLachlan Street – In the final stages of completion
- Montrose Avenue between McLachlan Street and Costin Street – Works are now in progress
- Costin Street between Pengilley Avenue and Montrose Avenue – Expected to take place between 17 September and 12 November 2026
Road safety upgrade work including, roundabout construction, priority crossing and drainage upgrades in Pascoe Street, are also well underway with stage 2 nearing completion and stage 3 now started.
