It’s been a really positive week in the Anglesea property market, with 9 Paringa Crescent and 3/14–16 McRorie Street both now under contract.
We’re so happy for the buyers of these properties, who can now look forward to calling Anglesea their permanent home. There’s something particularly rewarding about helping people make that move and become part of our local community.
New to market this week is 23 Murray Street, a classic Anglesea beach house in an exceptional position, just 250 metres from Main Beach and the Surf Club. Full of character and coastal charm, the home offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a wood fire and split-system heating and cooling, with a private rear deck and fully fenced garden. It’s the kind of property that captures what people love about Anglesea, relaxed, welcoming and close enough to leave the car at home and walk to the beach, cafes, wine bar and Surf Club.
We also have two very different properties coming soon.
5 Lewis Court is tucked away in a quiet court and surrounded by a beautiful natural bush setting. With privacy, architecture and the warmth of timber throughout, the home has a wonderful connection to its surrounds, with both front and rear decks and direct access to a reserve track leading towards the river, cafes and beach.
Also coming soon is 5 Almira Street, an elevated two-storey home where generous living spaces, sunshine and an ocean outlook come together beautifully. Large picture windows capture the treetop views, while the kitchen and living areas connect to both front and north-facing decks, creating a real sense of entertaining amongst the trees.
And a little sneak peek at another one coming our way…
25 Third Avenue, Anglesea is a very special property with uninterrupted ocean views, beautifully landscaped surrounds and a home that has been fully updated throughout. I’m looking forward to sharing more of this one very soon.
There’s a real sense of momentum as we head into spring, with properties selling, new buyers making Anglesea home and some exciting new listings about to hit the market. There are also some great opportunities amongst our current properties for sale, with a number now very well priced in today’s market and offering genuine value for buyers ready to make their move.
If you’re thinking of buying, selling this spring, or simply curious about where your property sits in the current market, we’d love to have a chat.
And finally, good luck to the Anglesea Football Club Reserves as they head into their elimination final this weekend. Wishing the team a great game and plenty of local support on the sidelines.
Go Seas!
