A big congratulations today to Aireys Inlet’s own Luka Lesosky-Hay who was taken by Richmond at pick 52 in the 2020 NAB AFL Women’s draft yesterday. Luka started playing football at the age of 8 for the Aireys Inlet Eels and was drafted from the Geelong Falcons where she was a member of the 2018 premiership team. We wish her all the best for her career. The reconstruction of the Moggs Creek bridge seems to be finally coming to an end. The barriers have all been installed and it looks like a bit more concreting and some line marking to be all that remains. Let’s not get too excited. It was meant to be completed months ago.
