LORNE – MARKET ROUND UP
Not a great deal to report sales wise this week, however nice to see some new stock hitting the market and we expect there to be other listings coming soon with some vendors looking to capitalise on the shortage currently on offer!
As the financial year comes to a close, we can report that there have been 99 sales across the board in Lorne, with our sales team handling 80 of these transactions. With 41 transactions over $1M, 14 transactions over $2M, 4 transactions over $3M and 2 transactions over $4M with the highest residential transaction being $4,850,000 for 212 Mountjoy Parade.
Our sales team will be trying hard this week to see if we can crack into triple digits of sales this week something that hasn’t occurred since the 2016/17 financial year stay tuned…
