Yesterday I concluded multiple interest on a vacant block of land in Lorne. After the last couple of years when every second property was sold with multiple interest, I used the word Zoom so much I thought Mazda was going to sponsor me! Here we are in the last week of the 2022 – 2023 financial year and I literally had to reinstall zoom on my computer! A fantastic result with the block selling for $37,500 over the vendor’s counteroffer!

In addition to the block sale, we transacted another off market townhouse in Smith Street.

School holidays begin today and it will be interesting to see how many visitors will opt for the coast over the alpine region or the allure of the South East Asian all inclusive resort packages.
