Within one week of being listed for sale, the gorgeous two acre vacant land at 51 Hopkins Street, Aireys Inlet has been contracted after a hotly contested zoom auction this morning, for well above the asking range.
There was also an off market sale of another house in Aireys Inlet this week proving how strong buyer demand is in Aireys Inlet at the moment.
The coast is a lot busier with lots of people already enjoying the holiday season and with an expected top temperature of 27’ tomorrow, I expect the beaches will be full of people for the first time this season.
