‘Lorne – Weekly report’. Last weekend Lorne hosted the Amy Grand Fondo and what a great event it was. With approximately 4500 riders of all ages, family members and friends the township was “bulging at the seams” through both Saturday and Sunday. Another fantastic event for the town!!
With two contracted deals in the past week continuing to spur optimism among our team one of these results was specifically worth noting. A residence that had been listed for sale after the vendors were entrusting of the listing price as recommended by our team attracted interest from three well qualified buyers and was sold for full price 7 days after being listed for sale – a re enforcement of our opening remarks.
