Happy New Year and Welcome to 2015. The township of Lorne is brimming with people and the coast is abuzz. The Christmas/New Year week is a great one for celebration and less of a time for buying a holiday house, but it is a time when people develop a strong passion for the town and the dream of owning a Lorne property is born.
Historically people tend to “rest” the champagne glass at the conclusion of the first weekend in January and normality begins to return to the Lorne market – and the early pointers are good so stay tuned!
