Welcome to Summer!

Lots going on this weekend in and around Anglesea. On sales the front we have the ‘online zoom auction’ of a beautiful Surf Coast hinterland lifestyle property at 15 Hardings Road Freshwater Creek. An amazing opportunity to purchase an expertly renovated 5 bedroom home set on over 8 acres of lovely undulating farmland.

The Surcfcoast Century is also set to start tomorrow with over 800 competitors looking forward to enjoying a run along our beautiful coastline and through coastal bushlands. After many event cancellations due to COVID, we as major sponsors, are thrilled to see the Surfcoast Century finally able to take place. Good luck to all competitors.

We have enjoyed having the Schoolies visitors in town over the last 2 weeks and we hope they’ve had a great time on the coast as they unwind after a very challenging year to have completed their final year of school.

The first few days of summer have seen typical Victorian weather of lovely warm days followed by overcast and 17 degrees but it does seem the weather in general is warming up. I can say the water temp is certainly on the improve and it doesn’t take your breath away any longer if you venture in for a swim without the assistance of a wetty.  I hope to see you at the Open Homes this weekend.
