A relatively quiet week on the real estate front with no sales and nothing added to our stock list for 7 days.
We have however, appraised some quality properties with a very diverse price range. Next week we will have some exciting options for you as we head into our historical busiest 5 weeks of trade – Boxing Day to Australia Day.
Our business is open everyday over this period except Christmas Day and New Year’s Day and we look forward to servicing your real estate needs.
HELPFUL HINTS
Due to the shortage of casual workers in town this summer, a number of restaurants will be well and truly understaffed and the customer demand will be massive. I would advise you to book well in advance if you have your holiday dates locked in.
