A record commercial real estate transaction has been published this week further reinforcing Lorne’s “Blue Chip” real estate status/reputation. Merivale Group purchased the iconic Lorne Hotel freehold for a reported $38 million and will continue to run the hotel business and lease to associated restaurants (MoVida and Coda).
Merivale Group own numerous hotels throughout Australia and will only enhance what the current owners have been able to achieve. Congratulations to all involved and we look forward to many more ‘Pier to Pub’ celebrations to come.
