Lorne – General Market Round Up

Great to have the doors of 2012 firmly closed behind us and the opportunity and optimism fuelling the prospects for pay for research paper 2013. In analysing our market we are hopeful that the results of 2012 are the “in the sand” at the bottom of our market and that the volumes start to improve.

The brilliant weather that has greeted our summer visiters has been the perfect platform to launch the expectations of the coming year.

Lorne – Weekly Report

Pier to Pub tomorrow and the arguably the biggest weekend on the Lorne calander with tens of thounsand set to descent on our town for the weekend. This morning's Mountain to Surf run went without hasel and the incident free event was a fantastic showcase for the town. I have attached an image below of the “nippers drink station” at the pier before the runners headed to the finish at the Surf Club.

Some pleasing results in Lorne through the first 10 days with 5 contracts being exchanged, with the stand out sale of 41 Hall St just under $2m.

It will be great to work through this weekend with the finish of the Pier to Pub signifying the start of our traditional “summer selling period”.
