May is historically our quietest month of business in the Lorne branch. Reason being there are no long weekends or school holidays to encourage the visitors to town. Interestingly, on the real estate front we continue to be busy. 7 sales in 7 days in Lorne/Wye River area is unbelievable for this time of year.
