Our Backyard – Anglesea

When I worked in Melbourne real estate, I had strong relationships with Buyer advocates. They often had high end buyers that were either located overseas, simply too busy or did not want to engage in negotiating for property.

Have you ever offered your hand and been ignored? These complex social conventions appear to be a thing of the past … Continue Reading »

Our Backyard – Aireys Inlet

A brutal week of weather along the Surf Coast this week with wind, waves and wild conditions. The local surfers were happy with the accompanying swells on Monday and especially early Tuesday, before the wind swing around to a strong south-westerly which sent most of the surfers straight into the beach. I’m not sure if it was related but I bumped into a huge leopard seal on the … Continue Reading »

With greater restrictions imposed on Victorians on an almost daily basis, it is surprising to see the number of sales taking place along the Great Ocean Road.

Our Backyard – Anglesea

The Anglesea property market is still abundant with enquiries from buyers wanting to relocate to the coast on a permanent basis.

Whilst the stage 3 covid19 restrictions will slow the number of visitors to our coastline, the light at the end of the tunnel for a lot of people is the potential to change their life and future, after lockdown.

Buyers that … Continue Reading »
