OUT & ABOUT IN THE BAY OVER SUMMER

The Summer season is in full swing here on the Coast & its great to see so many people out and about enjoying our region. While it hasn’t exactly been beach weather this week our fingers are crossed those long days at the beach soaking up the sunshine & enjoying the waves are just around the corner. But when you have had enough time on the sand there are also plenty of other great things happening in town over the holidays!

The Foreshore Christmas Tree
The Foreshore Christmas Tree is a magic sight as the sun goes down with a spectacular light display that comes on each night. Also some of our locals have decorated their homes with lights so worth a drive around town after dark!

Apollo Bay Carnival
Once again the carnival is back on the Foreshore this summer for everyone’s entertainment. It is open from 6.30pm with lots of rides for all ages to enjoy!

Local wildlife
Please be very careful when driving and walking around the town as you never know where you may come across one of our beloved local koalas! Always look up as they may just be in the tree above your head!!
