Lorne – Market Round UP As we approach the end of the financial year our attention is attracted to the year that was and statistically how we compared with previous years. There are some trends that appear set and that is the volumes of transactions has remained relatively constant compared to the year ended June 30 2013. What will be of equal interest is the monitoring of ongoing interest in pricing trends. At this point our forecast is that Lorne’s average house price is likely to experience a minor softening from the level of just over a million dollars from where is sat twelve months ago. Lorne – Weekly Report Biggest news on the coast was the running of the 10th annual Great Ocean Road Marathon which was won last weekend by national marathon champion Alex Matthews in two hours and thirty two minutes.
