Lorne – Market Round Up Last week I sent you a link to a video round up on the financial year performance of the Lorne property market and those that viewed it would be familiar with some of the statistics that I am looking to share. It was interesting to note that for the entire 12 month period there was not a single Lorne transaction in excess of $2 million and only 18 in total over a million dollars, 17 of which were completed by the Great Ocean Road Real Estate team. The other notable statistic was the easing of Lorne’s average house price to sit just under $1 million, for the first time in the last five years. But what came as more of a surprise to me was that for the first time since records have been kept the median house price for a residence at Aireys Inlet (including Fairhaven, Moggs Creek and Eastern View) eclipsed that of Lorne! Never has Lorne presented better

The marquees and the event village have been under construction for the past days and everything is shaping up for this years event to be the best yet.
