Moggs Creek was buzzing yesterday with the demolition of a certain, prominent AFL footballers house. The Geelong star’s house was there one minute and gone the next. A neighbour across the road told me this morning that her view had all of a sudden opened up! ‘Not for long’ I said. The new house will be bigger and better than the old one.
On the real estate front, July was typically quiet with only three transactions in the area. A block of land in Fairhaven and an off market house in Aireys Inlet and Fairhaven. Stock levels remain at all time lows and with spring just around the corner, now is a great time to be talking with an agent about the best way to present and market your property for the coming selling season.
